Bottle from Appellation Wines. Appearance - only a few bubbles on entering, mostly disappearing over the next couple of minutes. Golden amber. Nose - dry tangy sour apples. A touch of farmyward lingering. Taste - yeah, very dry, sour and tangy apples. Palate - medium bodied with a long, tight, lean texture. A long dry tangy sour finish closes it out. Overall - great balance. Proper scrumpy.
