Bipolar Bear is a White IPA, a mixture of traditional American IPA and spicy Belgian wheat beer (witbier). The orange citrus flavour and freshness of the coriander mixes with the bitterness of the IPA and the new wave Galaxy hop. Two styles in one bottle for adventurous people.

Thank you for sharing! Sampled draft @ Borefts 2017. Day 1. Clear golden, creamy white. Nose is oily hop & coriander but it oddly works. Taste is nice cheesy hop upfront, white bread, coriander finish. Basic oily, oddly this works (I have had a bit enough of coriander seeds in beers in general). Not bad.

Tap. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is grapefruit, biscuity, herbal, spicy yeasts, orange peel. Taste is orange peel, some coriander spices, biscuity, dough, wheat. Hoppy finish, oily mouthfeel, medium carbonation. Solid.

Sampled @ Borefts Beer Festival 2017. A almost clear pale golden beer with a small white head. Aroma of wheat, yellow fruits, spices, some banana. Taste of mild citrusy hops, coriander, wheat, banana.

From tap. Pours cloudy yellow. Small white head. Aroma is fruity, slight grassy. Bitter, toasted and slight herbal. Dry. Bitter and mild fruity. Estery and grassy to citrusy hoppy far finish.

Tap at Borefts 2017. Almost clear pale straw with white head. Quite flowery, dank hops, soap, coriander seeds, lime peel. Light sweet and bitter. Light bodied.

Clear blond beer, creamy white head, unstable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: fruity, lots and lots of orange peel, bit funky, yeasty, very spicy, lots of coriander. (HA! Looks like it's even listed as an ingredient... now come and tell me again how my senses are overloaded after tasting 97 beers! :p Nailed it. :p MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: very spicy, lots of coriander, bitter, hoppy, bit resinous. Aftertaste: floral, very bitter, dry, lots of grapefruit, very bitter and hoppy finish. Decent beer, but a little too bitter.
