Bipolar Bear is a White IPA, a mixture of traditional American IPA and spicy Belgian wheat beer (witbier). The orange citrus flavour and freshness of the coriander mixes with the bitterness of the IPA and the new wave Galaxy hop. Two styles in one bottle for adventurous people.

Bottle, as "Bipolar Bear". Hazy golden color, with a medium size white head. Aroma is hoppy, citrus. Taste is malty, nice hops, not too bitter. Good.

Bottle at tasting beer[malade]. Yellow color with medium white head. Aroma of citrus hops, Belgian yeast, wheat. Fruity taste with light citrus hops, wheat, Belgian yeast. Good.

Draught @ 9th. BBF 2017 [ 9th Borefts Beer Festival 2017 ] @ Brouwerij de Molen, Bodegraven, Netherlands. [ As MONYO WHT IPA ].Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, orange, bubble gum, witbier yeast, coriander. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration, sweet malt, sweet yeast, bubble gum, witbier yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Kräutriger, wenig hopfiger Antrunk. Die milde Herbe fällt den Kräutern zum Opfer, etwas trocken, langer Nachhall. Könnte ausgewogener sein. 9/7/8/7//7

Sampled from tap at Borefts 2017. Minimally hazy, golden yellow with a white head. Sweetish, moderately fruity and slightly spicy taste of lemon peel, coriander and some pineapple. Moderately sweet, minimally bitter, quite fruity and a bit spicy taste of lemon peel, coriander, wheat and some pineapple, followed by a short, moderately bitter, slightly spicy and a little yeasty finish. Medium body, smooth and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Nice!

Sampled @ Borefts Beer Festival 2017, day 1. Almost clear pale yellow golden color, small to average sied white head. Smell and taste malts, herbal / spicy, a bit bitter, wheat, weird things going on there. I don't like it.

7 3 7 3 15 Draft at Borefts Beer Festival '17. Near clear golden with a white head. Aroma of herbal hops, yeast, spicy notes and light fruit. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

@Borefts 2017 van tap, gouden met witte kraag. aroma van ui en knoflook, koriander, mout. Smaken matig tot redelijk zoet, ui en knoflook. mijn favoriete hop/biersmaken.....NOT !!!!... grassig, maar ik ben al deels lost.
