Bipolar Bear is a White IPA, a mixture of traditional American IPA and spicy Belgian wheat beer (witbier). The orange citrus flavour and freshness of the coriander mixes with the bitterness of the IPA and the new wave Galaxy hop. Two styles in one bottle for adventurous people.

0,25 bottle. Kitöltéskor hatalmas extrakt mennyiség látható a búzasör színű sörben, a habja kitöltéskor fehér és szép, de nagyon hamar elapadt... Illata a Kronenbourg Blancra tökéletesen hasonlít a koriander miatt. Picit intenzívebb lenne, több pont járna. A sör átlagosnál picit szénsavasabb, friss.
***
A huge amount of extract can be seen in the wheat-colored beer, the foam is white and beautiful when filled, but very quickly faded ... Aroma is perfectly, similar to Kronenbourg Blanc due to the coriander. It would be a little more intense, there would be more points. The beer is slightly more carbonated than average, fresh. Monyo is typically full-bodied. This Magnum hopped wheat-beer is interesting, I would like to taste it from other brewerys because it is a good invention. It’s not outstanding, but it’s special and delicious. However, if you already have an IPA, be more hopy and bitter.

1/6/2019. Bottle from De Bierliefhebber online store, shared at the Krsko GP beer share. As Bipolar Bear. Pours slightly hazy pale gold with a large foamy white head. Aroma of citrus, lemons, lemongrass, tropical fruit, grass, yeast and wheat. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness and a touch of tartness. Moderate body, oily texture, average carbonation. Nice bitterness developed to finish. Pretty good.

Bottle of Bipolar bear. Truly more into witbier than white IPA. Sourish, yeasty. Long bitter-sour end. Good.

330ml bottle [as "Bipolar Bear"]. Cloudy, orangey, pale golden colour with huge, frothy, slowly osteoporosing, white head. Spicy, slightly citrusy fruity and wheaty as well as grassy hoppy aroma, notes of coriander, orange zest, a lemon dash, minimally soapy hints of lemon peel, floral overtones Taste is minimally perfumed, floral, sweet-ish, fruity, wheaty, citrusy and peppery spicy, notes of orange, orange zest, coriander; increasing sweet- and fruitiness in the middle part, slightly grassy and bitter hoppy finish. Very nice!

Borefts IX. Day 1. Keg. Light haze on this paleish yellow gold beer, good white head. Light and semi dry palate, decent fine carbonation. Sweetish malts. Good complex floralness, some Parma Violets in there. Lemon sherbet and a touch of orange. Light finish leaves a mild spicy bitter linger. Joins up well and goes down easy.

Tap @ MOnyesz. Igazi nyári IPA, értsd nem túl keserű és még meg is lehet inni.
