1. dedication, devotion 2. No joking around with this feisty blonde. You think you know her, but she’s got some skeletons in her closet. She’s a fiery Walloon that will spice up your day. She’s hip and hoppening. American Centennial hops gives this blonde beauty a fresh, citrusy twist. Didn’t see that coming, did you? We did, because she was our very first beer. Brewed with devotion, innovation and class. You never forget your first. This thirst-quencher is a keeper.

33cl Bottle. Hazy golden colour, creamy white head. Aroma of malts, floral hop, some citrus, lemon, light spicy. Flavour follows, lemon peel, light creamy malts, spicy and bitter finish, not sweet as your usual Belgian Ale. Medium bodied. Good.

Bottle at blue collar hotel Eindhoven. Hazy orange color, bright, big fluffy white head, lasting and lacing. Flavors are fresh yellow fruits and topical juice, balanced byna sourish note of lemon and bitter orange and grassy hops. A wheat, spice and earth note given maybe by yeast or oats... taste is joyful, fresh, tasty, mild citric and medium to strong bitter, well hopped. Dry spiced finish, juicy, lasting. Quite impressive non Belgian Belgian ale, they're neighbours though. Super nice and refreshing.

Hazy deep golden colour, small frothy white head, mostly diminishing, light lacing. Aroma malts, grain, yeast, coriander, light citrus. Taste medium sweet and bitter, malty, grainy, spicy notes, yeast. Dry sweetbitter aftertaste, husky, spicy notes, earthy, fruity undertones. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation, middle of the road but okay blonde.

330ml bottle from trade with Benzai. Thanks Benzai. Pours a misty gold, large πure white head. Sweet yeasty fragrance. Taste is decent moderately sweet Belgian ale territory.. verging towards over-sweet, but generally very drinkable.
