KRS 130515. Golden-yellow colour with a white head. Aroma is fruit, sugar, tropical fruit, floral. Flavour is yeast, malt, citrus, fruit, sugar, tropical fruit, floral. Medium body. OK beer.

Draft sample @ Van Moll fest 2015, Eindhoven. Dorée, léger orangé, col épais blanc-cassé. Arôme offre une pointe herbacée avec une levure type belge-saison? assez dominante, retrouve un rétro épicé et également rappelant la mousse de sous-bois. Palais conserve un profil clairement orienté levure, avec un houblonné modéré qui ajoute des notes de fleuri, et noble. Rappelle un peu un ^coté gruut, léger citrique et tjrs épicé. Ok, mais dont le fini semble un peu ’off’.

Sampled draft @ Van Moll Fest 2015. Deeper orange, creamy white head. Nose is odd plastic, herbal spices, esters, banana, messy,… Taste is herbal, medicinal, herbal, ginger candy, Chinese spices, very odd hop profile, herbal,… Sweet sugar, spices, malty body. Doesn’t really work for me. It seems like most of the beers I try by this brewery fall short of my expectations. Too bad, I wanted to love them.

Bottle at De Paas. Pours hazy golden orange with an off white head. Aroma of herbs, weeds, light yeast, light toffee. Flavour is light moderate sweet and moderate bitter. Light medium bodied with light carbonation.

Bottled@Arendsnest, Amsterdam. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is floral, grassy, herbal and has some toffeeish notes along with mild yeast and earthy (earth cellary) notes. Flavour is fruity, floral, some earth, toffee and mild herbal notes to it.

33 cl bottle @ De Arendsnest. Bottled 15.11.2014Aroma has hayish grain and toffee. Also grass. Flavour has sweetish apricot tones, hayish malt and grassy hops. Also some toffee. Feels like a rich kellerbier with elemements from Belgian blondes, especially apricot.

Slightly hazy yellow color, small white head. Sweet honeyish, pear aroma. Medium-bodied. Flavor is similar than aroma: honey, pear, white pepper. Way too sweet, sweetness covers those American hops.
