Sampled at Borefts 2019. Bit hazy dull brown with beige head. Huge bourbon, sweet sugary malts, vanilla, oak, light earthy, creamy bourbon cocktail stuff thing. Over medium sweet, medium bitter. Over medium bodied with slick feel.

Bomber from Bruisin’ Ales. Pours reddish brown with a transient beige head. Aroma of bourbon, treacle, and hint of chocolate. Med + body. It’s not at all dry; treacly. Bourbon and earthy chocolate take the place of hop to control the malt. Touch of toasted coconut in the finish. Great sipper.

Bottle during RBWG. Pours a cloudy brown with small beige head that lasts. The aroma is oak and coconut. Medium mouth with nice toffee, wood, raisin, caramel and light bourbon, very nice.

22oz bomber shared at CC/KY tasting. Deep caramel brown body. Beige glass rimming head, oily center. Smooth sweet barrel tones. Rich and barrel forward, but retains balance and drinkability. Excellent.

Bottle shared by jesterdeal at tasting at my place. Pours dark brown with tan head. Nose and taste of heavy bourbon, oak, baked bread, cocoa and molasses. Medium body. A bit too "hot" for my liking.

Bomber from Appalachian Vintner, Asheville. Pours a dark hazy bronze color with a thin tan head. Decent head retention. Big whisky aroma, booze, spicy wood, raisin and toffee. The taste is wood, raisin, whisky, toffee, booze, green apple, burnt sugar, toffee. Thin-medium bodied. Decent, but could use a lighter touch on the wood aging.
