From tap at Borefts 2019. Aroma is intense chocolate cake with chili pepper, cinnamon, roasted malt, bourbon, and cocoa nibs. Roasty, some alcohol and pleasant chili burn. Moderate sweet. Full body, rich and aromatic. My kind of Stout.

Sampled at Borefts Beer Festival 2019, day 1. Opaque jet black color, average sized light brown colored head. Aroma is malts, light tonka beans, more tonka beans and quite boozy, warming alcohol. Hmm unbalanced imo.

At Borefts 2019. Aroma of bourbon vanilla, chocolate, caramel fudge and malt. Taste has rich caramel fudge, cinnamon, vanilla, bourbon booze, chocolate and soft chili. All the flavors are strong, but very balanced. This is amazing.

Pours a black colour and a small brown head with some retentino. Aroma's: bourbon, sweetish, vanilla, oak. Retronasal: sweetish, cinnamon, vanilla, bourbon, light vegetal. Flavour is moderate sweet, light roasty. MEdium bodied. Some pepper heat that is not overwhelming of long-lasting. Finishes a bit spicy first, then light woody.
