From bottle at Mout Bierfestival Nijmegen 2021. Citrussy aroma with some Saison yeast. Mild spicy, peppery, light pale malt. Some floral hints, herbal-ish. Medium body. Nice.

330ml can [5.0% abv]. Opalescent, yellow-ish, golden colour with huge, frothy, osteoporosing, minimally lacing, white head. Wheaty malty and slighty zesty, citrusy fruity, hoppy as well as yeasty fruity and minimally spicy aroma, hints of orange peel, lemon peel, coriander; banana, pear and melon overtones. Taste is sweet-ish, wheaty malty, citrusy fruity hoppy and minimally spicy, hints of orange peel, lemon peel, some coriander, a touch of banana, pear and melon. Minimally oily, watery texture, smooth and soft palate, medium to coarse, soft, mildly prickly carbonation. Relatively fruity hoppy, not overly citrusy though, fairly refreshing - nice.
