A light, hoppy European style lager. We keep things fairly traditional using Saaz hops straight from the Czech Republic with just a dash from the UK.
A cool ferment followed by long cool conditioning gives you our Pilsner – one thirst quenching lager.

Tap at the brewpub. Poured a clear golden colour with a thin broken white head. The aroma is grainy malt, light woody hop. The flavour is light bitter, with a light, crisp, watery, light yeasty, light hope bitter palate. Light bodied with average carbonation. Easy drinking but pretty light all round.

Pours amber with a quickly fading head.Nose shows spicy hops and biscuity malt. Some sweet notes underneath.Similar flavours; grainy, nutty malt and soft spicy and grassy hints.Carbonation seems a bit full-on.
