A dual hop IPA which brings together two New World hop varieties from opposite ends of the Pacific to create a harmonious blend. From the US, Centennial provides citrus, floral and earthy characteristics; from New Zealand, Dr Rudi brings grass, citrus and pine flavours. These are paired together and added to the boil at four different stages; the resulting beer is hop forward but well balanced, with a refreshing bitterness that doesn’t overpower.

On keg at the Hanging Bat. Appearance - golden with decent lacing. Nose - orange and breadiness. Taste - again, quite a bready/biscuit angle. The fruit is orange again. Palate - light bodied, creamy and malty through middle and finish. Overall - decent.

On tap at Clockwork Beer Co. Golden IPA, it's quite dry and grassy with some lemony, citrus hop. I was sat in the sun and this really hit the spot. Not exciting but very solid.
