Bottle, 375ml corked. A clear golden colored beer with a small white head. Some lacing. Lightly funky, lemony aroma with grapefruit juice, barnyard notes and a flowery touch. Funky, lemony flavor too, flowery and grapefruity with a touch of cellar, earthy notes. It's tart and medium bodied with a soft and pleasant carbonation level. Lasting fruity and funky finish with a touch of flowers and earth. Delicious. Rating: 7-4-7-4-15-3.7. 171207 Tasted again today, after a shitload of world class intense strong beers. Anyway, this one is probably the best beer I've had in months. That was my first thought though, but after a few small sips I am completely lost. This is the best beers I've had in ages. Perhaps except Stille Nacht. The complexity and matureity of the beer is superior most beers available. Only thing I'm a bit negative about is the vinegar level, but still this beer is f'ing awesome. Wow. 220129
