Bottle shared at Travlr’s departure tasting. Poured into a snifter showing pitch black with two quickly dissipating fingers of latte colored foam. The nose shows a mix of soy milk and adzuki. Strange but it works. The nose is moderately carbonated and light bodied. Lightly sweet with a light alcohol spiciness.Flavors of sweet milk chocolate and very faint roasted malts. Practically no bitterness.
