16/05/2019 @home - 33cl bottle from a trade with Luis. Clear light red, small fading head. Nose is vinegar, green apple, cherry liquor, Taste is sour, lactic, cherry, green apple, yoghurt.

Bottled, from Systembolaget. Clear bright pale red, minimal head. Vinegar nose with some tart cherries. Acetic and vinegary with light-medium body and clean mouthfeel. Vinegar and citric acid dominates. A light touch of cherries. Interesting, but edgy. Needs polishment.

Bottle from Systembolaget. Ruby red with a minimal head. Really tart with cherries, citrus, some funk and light bread. The body was on the light side and the finish dry.
