Bottle from Corks, Bristol. Pours pale gold with a decent, billowy head and moderate carbonation. Light, bready malt aroma with some hay and grassy hops. Sweetish malt flavour, with a suggestion of lemon and decent, bitter finish. Good.

A pale yellow one with sparkling head and quite good lacing. Aroma anticipate the dryness of this beer, which dominates all over the experience. Hoppy bitter taste. I can feel the taste of fresh bread beneath this heavy bitterness. Very dry finish which takes long and gives a pleasent mouthfeel and calming me down.

2011-02-11, draught at the Brauhaus, from fass, 6-3-6-3-14=32
Blond color; generous head, compact, with a good retention. Light but nice malt aroma. The flavor is delicate, with fresh crispy malt, mild; also some hay and grass; correct bitterness, for a balanced result. Pleasant.

2007-09-14, bottle at Plan B, Copenhagen, 6-3-6-3-14=32
Blond color; huge head. Strange aroma, hay, maybe some vegetables, some hop. The flavor is not bad, but with a light mouthfeel, some sweetness, malt, cereals, quite good hopping. Interesting.

The bottle looks good, the beer in the glass also. Very zippy, nice head. Starts malty and dry, the finish is more spicy. Not bad!
