0.4l bottle as a gift from Roger. It's. More or less a pale clear golden looking one this with a nice medium sized white head that's really leaving some dots and curtains down the sides of the glass. On the nose it's, well, pretty much what you'd expect from a Bulgarian pale bock. Mild sweet, a good amount of corn. Lagerish with a hint of snow. Not a bad aroma really. Just not all that exciting either. It tastes like your average Bulgaria pale bock, I assume. Well, actually it's e or less a pale lager in the taste also really. Thin oily in the mouth and it's just about average on the carbonation. Corn, a little vegetal yeasty flavor. Perhaps a little more than a little on the last. Not a extreme good tasting one this to be honest, but drinkable OK. 28.08.2016
