double highland beer, the brown Peak is the beer of the master brewer. No spices, but a secret mix of 5 different special malts selected to give a perfect balance between roasted, sweetness and caramel. This is the ideal beer to pair with a local cheese. EBC 75.

Small yellow-beige head over hazy amber-brown beer. Lightly sourish nose, bread, sourdough; caramel, syrup. Again light sourish flavour overlying sweet, caramelly, toasted malts. Sugarbread made with sourdough. Feels well-carbonated, medium bodied, slick; just a tad sticky backthroat. Not half bad, but I'm wondering if the result is 100% intentional.

Bruin bier met mooie schuimkraag. Smaak is zoetzuur en licht bitter met iets van chocolade, bramen en kersen. Niet onaardig dit bier.
