Discombobulated is a Kveik with citrus and cacao nibs. What is Kveik, you ask? It is a Norwegian yeast strain (aka Voss) that imparts a lot of orange citrus-y aroma. We've combined Voss' orange-y characteristics with golden pilsner base malt and Woodblock Chocolate cacao nibs to create the perfect spring dessert beer.

Golden body with white head. Hoppy aroma with something strange. Big flavour with a lot of something that seemed like pickle juice. Sat on my tongue.
