Blue is always cold and therefore his pace is not that fast. Because of this, he takes plenty of time to brew his favorite beer. In addition to a hat and warm jacket, he makes a body-warming and very richly filled double IPA. We tried to impose a limit on the amount of hops, but got a grumpy reaction that this is absolutely not an option!

Hazy ochre beer, small greyish white head; end of bottle solid yeast. Very spicy (coriander?) and yeasty, including clove/1.4 guaiacol. More spiciness, less coriander but even more clove. Finish has a little typical wheatacidity, citrussy too. Good carbonation, wheatslick, medium bodied. Began a little hesitant, near homebrew, but in the end decent Weizen. I Thanks to Hans B! /I
