(750ml 2018 bottle shared @ Nische's tasting, thanks Werckmeister!) Pours dark purple with a decent pinkish white head. Notes of vinous and almost juicy red wine grapes, cherries, mixed red berries, lightly jammy sweet and lightly to moderately tart, tannic and leathery oak, dusty funk, soft hay. Dries nicely into the finish, with red wine, berry skin and oak tannins, maybe a soft grassy hop note as well, and light lingering acidity. Medium-full body with soft filling carbonation. Definitely wine-forward but that is totally my thing, and it's got a lovely balance of subtle acidity to match the fruit forward and oaky quality. Very drinkable, elegant despite quite a high flavour concentration.

No head, ruby to purple, clear beer. Cherries, blue grapes, very aromatic fruitaromas. Pure fruitflavour, red berries & grapes. No sour overload, no excesses, instead balance!. Undercarbonated, rather light body, acidthinning. Outstanding fruitbeer. Thanks to M & L. V.!
