Draught Small but very stable dense snowwhite head over (cold)hazy ochre-golden beer. Coriander³, rootspices, so intense it smells almost as raw carrots. Softer coriander in the mouth (thank God), but with a very sweet main taste - the carrots boiled and pureed? After a while, fake citrus all around. Warming up I get a hint at diacetyl. Wheatslick, mediumbodied but seems denser; good carbonation. Coriander, coriander. Hildegard toch, kan er nu echt niemand het laten?
