Obviously pretty aged sample Almost B.C."H." , fully hazy orange-amber beer, still. End of bottle solid yeast. Nose of old lambic, barnyard, horseblanket, wood, bit of lactic, peach, dried figs. Old lambic with an extra dimensionof fruitiness. I could've never guessed raspberry, but it is fruity, beneath wet wood, barnyard, peach again, but vinous even. Very mild bitterness, there is an undertone of some just-mature sweetness. Light body, still beer, faint chewy feel all the same. Excellent, despite or thanks to its age. Bottled, thanks Bov! Lightly hazy amber, small creamy head. Tart minerally aroma with barnyard and light raspberries. Dryish with clean mouthfeel. Tart and citric, freshening and tasty, although less complex than the real lambics. A charming and interesting beer.
