33cl can from 7-11, Fredikshavn. Pours clear golden to orange with an off-white head. Mild fruity and malty aroma with a hint citrus. Moderate sweet with not much flavours to speak of. Easy to drink, but quite boring.

Boks 500ml fra Kilpishalli som Sinebrychoff Brewmaster California Steam Beer Gyldenbrun. Lavt skum som daler fort. Svakt søtlig maltaroma. Spor av frukt. Smaken har preg av syrlig malt. Kjedelig.

Bottled (Sinebrychoff Nikolai Brewmaster’s Collection California Steam Beer, thanks oh6gdx! Clear golden, faint head. Aroma of boiled vegetables with notes of honey. Sweet with light-medium body and hard, sticky mouthfeel. Fruit esters, cabbage and cheap honey. Metallic finish without bitterness. Low drinkability.

Can 330ml. @ home. [ As Carlsberg Brewmasters Collection California Steam Beer ].ABV: 4.6%. Clear medium orange - amber yellow color with a large, open and frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, caramel, light to moderate hoppy, flowers, fruity malt. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration, fruity, citrus, metal bitter, malty. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20141231]

Can from trade with fonefan, many thanks! Klare goldene Farbe, schöne weiße Schaumkrone. Geruch kräftig malzig, würzig, hopfig. Geschmack leicht süß malzig, würzig, etwas Honig, wenig Hopfen.

0,33 boks fra Netto Nørrebro, på hytta: nydelig cognacgylden, med svært kort skum. Dyp maltaroma og smaken er også meget maltdrevet. Kompleks og god maltsmak, og litt mer humle kunne gjort denne interessant. Nå ble den fort kjedelig.

Can 33 cl. Pours a clear amber with a white head. Sweet, malty nose. Medium body, dominated by sweet, caramellish malts - and a vague fruityness. Little else. A clean and drinkable Lager. If Carlsberg wants to introduce a speciality series, why on earth do they just make another malty Lager? Swing a little loose goddammit. 221214

Overall impression: Mild and easy drinkable.
