Draught Rusty-pink beer, hazy, with a small pinkish rim. Old wood, raspberry jam, fruitwine, sherry, raspberry liqueur and raspberry vinegar. Raspberry, lactic- & fruitacids. Acetic is probably there, but remains under the identification threshold. Again a sherry-like flavour, fino on wood. Each new sip delivers a fleeting sweet impression, as from waffles. Titillating MF, both from acids and from hidde, but present carbonation; lipsmacking acidity. Long-lasting flavours; acidthinning. (Much) better than the sum of its parts - which aren't exactly lame. It's one of those beers that make you feel happy. Thanks to Bas, Hildegard and Sander! 8/4/8/4/18
