Good dense, lightly yellowish head over really hazy orangey-yellow beer. End of bottle solid yeast. Spicy-yeasty notes, bit of diary, yoghurt, cardboard, drying herbs. Human sweat, diary, bit of curd, again mainly a lactic type of acidity tastewise. Wheat, and cardboard, felt backthroat. Wheatslick, not very dense body, probably some light acidthinning. The overall strange balance starts to annoy after some time, not a beer to down a whole 75cl bottle of. Quite carbonated, CO² enhancing the sourish impression. Sour beer, with a generally nice acidity. I only wonder if the acidity was WANTED in the first place... Thanks to Stef! 6/4/6/3/13
