Draught Thick-set cream head, very stable, over deep brown ale with garnet-purple sheen. Beautiful wood/lactic; brandy, very vinous; deep complex aromaprofile. Hints @ vanilla and just a hint at maple syrup and smoke. Red wine (Bordeaux), vinous, red cherries (?), truckload of incense, again a little touch of vanilla. Old wine, brandy. Very slick, viscous to chewy, alcoholheat. Long lasting flavours. Another absolutely gorgeous beer. 9/4/9/4/18
