Minimalyl veggie, yeasty spicy and slightly wheaty, minimally bready, malty aroma, hints of mustard seed, white pepper, a touch of gherkin, zucchini. Taste is minimally bready, wheaty malty and peppery, yeasty spicy, minimally tart-ish, veggie, notes of black pepper, white pepper, a touch of mixed pickles.

Fairly refreshing, rather spicy, a bit overcarbonated - acceptable.

Nasmaak is iets bitter.

Beer immediately turning itself into a glass of dense yellowish foam upon pouring, ending in a bottom of yellow-golden, finely carbonated beer, lacy. Spicy nose, yeast, wild hops, nettles, galangaroot. Sweetish malty, lots of restsweetness. Not much else but faint spicy/yeastiness. Quite light body, creamy head all the way; good carbonation, rather empty aftertaste. Guys, listen. "Saison" means brewed and drunk not overnight, but overseason. Meaning it is fermented out almost 100%. This certainly isn’t. Call it "Traditional ale" or so.
