Originally our Summer Special for 2016 is a kettle soured traditional Gose brewed with Atlantic Sea Salt and coriander seed. This is a light, zingy and tart beer, naturally cloudy and highly carbonated. The ultimate in summer refreshment

Bottle shared by Beersiveknown @ tasting at his place. Huge thanks Steve! Lightly unclear yellowish color, small white to off-white head. Smell and taste both are quite weak. Perhaps a distant hint of peach and a bit vegetal but it’s really hard to find even some flavors in there. Weird. [Note: old bottle, 6 months old perhaps]

Draught Good white head over fully hazy, pineapplejuice-coloured beer. Coriander to the detriment of anything else. Coriandersoup. Almost no acidity, no mineral - at least not traceable amidst the infernal weed. Light, slick from the wheat and coriander; This is not a Gose, but a coriander tincture.
