Stakeout is a hazy amber coloured wheat ale with a smooth white head. Nice balance between hop bitterness and the fruity sweetness of the Citra and El Dorado hops used in both in the boil and for dry hopping. Taste and aroma both have hints of grapefruit, pine and peach.

Draught Small but persistent & lacey white head over cloudy amberish yellow beer. Grapefruit nose (muscat grapes), little wheat, lots USA hops. Again grapes, fruity, wheat giving only some acidity. Rest is very mellow, fruity IPA. Light to medium bodied, spritzy carbonation. Very interesting wheat ale with a twist.

Draught at WJ Kavanaghs. Hazy orange with a medium head, great lacing. Aroma is pine and grapefruit wheat. Flavour is peppery, dry bitter hop wheat. Very bitter base, bordering on sour. Long dry finish.
