From the staubli Getränk shop, at Muri. Opening it on friday with some burgers with the children, at home. A good and classical dunkel on the Bavariab way, malty, smooth, side of toffee and dry grapes, regular hop, 21.03.22

Swing-top bottle. Many thanks for new region from Swiss to CH-303.

[as Baar Erdmandli Amber] Bottiglia.

Bit dirty small to medium off-white head over amberish golden beer. Typical caramel/toasted malts, English malt, sweet(ish), parsley. The same returning in the mouth; parsley, caramalt, crystal, quite sweet. Just a tad metallic. Light body, bit slick, good carbonation. Decent amber, nothing special, but better than the sum of its parts.

New sampling Very good, amberish tinted white head, slowly descending over fully clear amberish-copper beer. Fall leaves, dark green leaves, caramel, toast, Vienna malts, sweet. Bitter-sweetish in an outstanding balance; non-sweet caramel, lightly toasted malts, autumn leaves and toasted bread; crisp finish. Light but nowhere lean, mild carbonation, slick. To me this is the epithomizing of an excellent Vienna. Txs to Joren for bringing!

Golden color. Cheap aroma, with a veeery light hoppiness. Very simple beer, taste, body; with (again) a very light hop aroma, quite bitter.
