Bottled. A golden beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of wine grapes, alcohol, funk, and brettanomyces. The flavor is sweet with and acidic edge and notes of lemons, fruits, brettanomyces, funk, aldohol, and wine grapes, leading to a dry finish.

Bottle shared at Chris and Ruth’s pre-GBBF tasting 2015 - London. Bottle 373/564. Huge thanks to Rich for bringing along this one! Pours clear yellow-gold with a frothy white head. Tangy lemon citrus in the nose. Medium sweet flavor, lightly oily, boozy, sweaty and acetic. Medium to full bodied with fine to average carbonation. Tart finish, with more sweat and citric bite. Nice one.

Bottle #373/564 at ChrisO’s Pre - GBBF tasting. Thanks Rich! It pours clear gold with a small white head. The nose is soft, juicy, gooseberry, white wine, vinous, light lime, sour candy and mild acidity. The taste is crisp, tart, vinous, gooseberry, white grape skin, wood, vanilla, some acidity, minerals and sherbet with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Quaffable, well-balanced and rather tasty overall. Very nice indeed.

Bottle from Cotteridge Wines drank at Chris & Ruth’s pre GBBF shindig; clear golden yellow pour with a big creamy off white head, aroma has tart fruits and a hint of peach, any grapefruit, taste has some light sourness, with some citrus action, white grapes, quite a mellow but pleasant sour.
