Draught Very stable, dense & ultrafine white head, over faintly veiled, yellow-ochre beer. Citrussy, lambic-y, lemon, lemon dishwasher liquid. Some wheat, citrus, flowery, and a dry yeast flavour - which is strange indeed. Dried, syrup-preserved lemonslices. Very light body, seems totally attenuated. Intended for matching (fish)dishes - OK with that. But it misses some beef (pun intended) when on itself.
