4.1% A clear golden beer with a white head. Aroma of intense basil, pale malt, herbs. Taste of refreshing basil, pale malt, moderate carbonation, easy to drink.

Textbook white lace over cristal clear pale golden beer. Malts/grains smelling from meters away. Medicinal aroma, mannah, smelling more of lavender than of basil - but a pizza does not seem far away. Dry, grainy, and faintly spicy (more than herbs). There’s a tad oxydaion. And again, the flavour presents more of a mix of (dry) lavender and dried origan. Again wholemeal, or speltmalt. Light body, (wheat???)slickness, but flavours falling away nearly totally. Quite interesting. There was fresh basil used for this experiment, and no doubt the fresh taste has faded away importantly since. Thanks to Hans B!
