Er nødt til å legge meg på snitt, da dette tydelig var en ødelagt vare. Eddik. 4.3%.

Good, bit fluffy snowwhite head over well-carbonated pale yellow beer. Garden herbs & weeds, ever so slightly soapy, faintly perfumey. Straw, and an inconceivable hint at Brett (or lactobacillus, really...). Sourish, again wild yeast streak, even more pronounced than in the nose (less Bretty). Very citrussy, also wheat-like, making it taste more like a good, unspiced witbier than as a lager. Very spritzy, on the verge of fizzy. Sourish citrusnotes going on at length into the aftertaste, with some more bitterish lemonpeel. Very light body. I don’t know how to classify this one. I seriously doubt this is really bottom fermented, but as to what it is instead...?? Thanks to M & L!

Bottled, thanks jolo! Hazy pale golden, lively head. Sight fruity nose. Mid sweet, very light bodied with spritzy mouthfeel. Near watery with some yeast and dough, only slight grassy bitterness. Really drinkable, but also very shy. Castle Lager the craft beer edition?
