Draught Small cream-coloured head over fully hazy/opaque brown beer with a reddish sheen. Interesting nose with dark malts, chocolate, faintly meaty, tad nutty and certainly Islay malt (if only once warmed). smoked, if discreet, malty, nutty (pecan?, hazelnut,...), bit phenolic. Medium bodied at least, quite slick, long lingering flavours. GOOD, Hildegarde! This is what I like - better than the Noir de Noir!
