Small transparant head over hazy ochre-amber beer. Toasted nose, with other grains, wholemeal bread and typical Boelens yeast. Oppressive, agressive fiery grains’ flavour. Rather neutral main flavour, not going Bi/Sw, let alone sour - maybe a tad mineral. Attenuation is correct for a tripel, without thinning the MF, but the palate impression remains too agressive. Kris returning to some of his former hauntings, which I thought to be history...
