Organic spelt beer with off-white head and misty ochre colour. Nose gets unripe peach, cheese, apple peel, white pepper, grass, pineapple; taste rather neutral with a sourish spelt accent, then more sweet with a bit oily mouthfeel, in the finish softly sourish and very faintly hoppy without becoming bitter. Not my cup of tea.

Draught Good, dense yellowish head with lace over hazy orange-foxy beer. Greenery, bit of caramel, ureum, marzipan. Bit sticky caramel, quite perfumed sweetness with partly other grain sourness, partly CO², partly... infection? Not outspoken, thankfully, but the beer is young. Finish a bit CO² dominated, fruity and with bread retronasal. Medium bodied, restrained slickness, bit oil-filmy. OK. Certainly for a Bio...
