Draught Fluffy, snowwhite head over clear golden beer with a verdigris shine. Greenmalt, young, unfinished beer, fatty acids and no hops to smell. Dull, malty, less young tasting than the nose suggested, but still: WHERE’S THE SIMCOE??? Light body; despite the visual, fizzy. I cannot see the point. A "Simcoe Edition" that delivers no hops, for Chrissakes?
