Draft. Amber beer with a light cream colored head. Herbal, light grapefruit and pine aroma. Pine, herbal and citrus flavor with light earth and malt. Medium-plus bodied. Nice bitterness. Pine, herbal notes, citrus, and light tropical fruit lingers with caramel and light earthiness.

Huge, dense beige head over foxy orange beer. Incense, laurel & C-hops, drying out fast to dry hopbales, cray and corndust. Some caramel too, finishing on mandarinepeel aroma. Intense hops, but tempered by caramelly malts. Again mandarine/tangerine, or grapefruitpeel. Carpetfelt, cray too, stressing the dryness. Retronasal some rosewater. Slick, even sticky (without becoming sweet!), hopoils, discreet alcohol, full-bodied. Quite good IIPA, well-balanced as main feature; but missing the overwhelming, pure Ahoperlebnis the Harvest Ale gave me - more one to sip. I was so impressed with the Harvest Ale, that I immediately went onto this one, meant for the next day, really. Thanks very much, Rodger!
