Small off-white head; hazy amber-red beer. Cherries nose, but with a punch of curry herbs, Chinese 5 spices. Again Oriental spiciness in the taste, more than anything fruity. Slightly burning MF, ending grainy and lame. Medium bodied. Falling away too quickly, ending dull.

ambrata schiuma media abbastanza persistente note speziate tostate lieve miele in bocca mediamente amara lievemente speziata un tocco di pepato

Draught at Salone Della Birra Artigianale e di Qualità 2007, Milan
With Golding and Fuggles hops
Cloudy amber color. Both aroma and flavor are quite spicy. Traces of yeast. Strong bitterness; residual sugars. Some hops (the aroma and the final) of good quality. Good but chaotic.
