A beer with character. Only 6.5% ABV, making it a lively, hoppy Saison. 35 IBU, which makes it pretty bitter, making it a typical thirstquencher for the summer. Brewed by people from HOP and Het Alternatief.

Huge off-white head over slightly hazy dark-golden beer. Dry and fresh EU hops, a bit sulphury, nose van ’t putteke , ending slightly citrussy. Off taste due to the yeast, no doubt. Can’t name the flavour, but it’s quite well-known. Bit celery-like. Adstringent MF; medium bodied, a bit oily. Oops. Small brewing fault. Better next time.
