Named for the bear in the sky, "the little dipper". Brewed with malted wheat and barley. The wort is not boiled but hopped in the mash with Styrian Golding.

Draught Fully hazy yellow; slightest rim. Breakfast grain prepared with soured milk for nose. Taste are "health cookies, whole grain dry toast. Light MF, just the grain giving texture. This has as much to do with Berliner Weisse as me with J.F. Kennedy. Sorry guys, needs to be reworked sorely.
