Bottled. Golden colour, huge white head. Aroma is acidic citrus fruit and yeast. Maybe some wheat in it too, since I think the nose is very "witbierish". Flavour is yeast, sour citric fruits, some earthy and wheaty notes too.

Test vom 2.10.2005, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 7,5,10,8,10,5 - 6,65

Bottled (BB 02/2007)
Pale yellow, big white head, collapsing quickly, champagne-like carbonation. Metallic, yeasty and strong barnyard aroma. Same elements also in the flavor. Very carbonated mouthfeel. Refreshing fruity, citric hoppy. This one would be more drinkable without that strong cow shit aroma.

Hazy golden color. Big, big headof bananas and cloves. Light carbonated mouth, spicy and yeasty, but lacking any real depth, but lacking in depth and a dry finish. Re-rate: Clear golden color. Big frothy white head with tropical fruit and lime nose. Light hopped refreshing palate. Easy drinking Belgian that I like. Ratings have been average

Bottled. Lively bright golden with huge rocky head. Loads of resiny hops up front. Dry and firmly malty with rounded mouthfeel. Crisp and hoppy. Lingering bitter finish. Wonderful!!

Cloudy golden color, medium white head. Aroma is spicy of coriander, fruity of citrus and banana, some wheat and yeast. Taste is bitter sweet, bit yeasty, but also refreshing from citrus. Quite comparable to the Hoegaarden Grand Cru, which also combines weizen and triple flavors. Therefore i cannot believe this is a winter seasonal. Printemps means spring I thought...

An unclear light yellow beer. The aroma is sweet and wheaty. The flavor is sweet wheaty and dry hoppy. An OK beer without being something special.

Blond to golden color; giant rocky head (forces me to wait some minutes before can drink). Very nice hoppy and spicy aroma, strong, Tripel like, reminding me the Orval. Reasonable body strength, a light sweetness and a very light tartness. Ends with a bold bitterness. Very interesting one, not so complex, but powerful, despite the moderate alcohol content.
