Straw-gold to peach colour, hazy; no head. Pure grapefruit nose, C-hops, natural fruitiness of the hops reinforced by the lambic. Faint classic hops aroma. Mindblowing blend of young lambic sugars, sour lactic acid, wood, turpentine and pure C-hops flavour. Old books, incense. Light, refreshing and tart drink. WOW! This is revolutionary!
