Organic beer with mousse-like, dense, creamy, yellowish foam and a misty, yellowish peach blonde colour. Yeasty and fruity aroma, grassy hops, peach, straw, orange, green apple, cheese, honey, gingerbread. Sweetish taste with a dry citrus accent, gradually becoming dryer and hoppier, with some warming alcohol in the finish in spite of the relatively modest strength. Predictable Belgian blonde, but I’ve had worse.

Huge yellowish head, fed by lively carbonation from a clear orange-golden beer, leaving some lace. Roasted malts, apricot, alcoholnose, followed by a bit of fruity citrus. Burnt caramel taste mixed with citrus & orange peel. Sweetish alcohol finish. There is some green herb flavour somewhere, but I cannot determine it. Medium to full bodied, alcoholwarming. Roast toffee gives some burning MF. Overall: as Per said...

Bottled. Cloudy golden, small creamy head. Aroma of grass and toffee. Sweet with traces of banana. A little bit thin. Some hops in the finish. As usual from de Proef: pretty solid, but not exciting.
