Big off-white head; hazy, darker yellow-golden beer. Garden weeds and fresh hay; clearly white candi sugar and some spices. Quite dry-spicey-bitterish. Bit of (dry) carrots taste retronasal, getting yeasty. Very spicey (root spices), background sweetness. Attempt at mainstream tripel, moderately well-succeeded. Dry, medium-bodied, some cobwebby MF, ending a bit burning. As said, OK, nothing wrong. But a WestmalleT. is another orgiasmic drink. And me, I still moan after the long-lost Frissen Oss...
