This is a beer that will make you rethink your definition of beer. It doesn’t taste like any beer you’ve ever had, yet it doesn’t taste like anything else either. Pushing the limits of brewing is what makes this job so much fun. Malted barley, wild yeast, hand picked Muscat Grapes, and French oak wine barrels are just a few of the things that went into crafting this beer. Breathe deep, take a long sip, and enjoy the creation in your hand.

A 750 ml bottle (batch # 1) to celebrate our 10th marriage anniversary. Blonde, no head, cloudy. Grapes, traubenzucker, leather and lemon in the complex aroma. Muscat grapes, oak, grapefruit and lemon in the sour flavor. hardly any rest sugars, just dry, tart and fruity. oak especially noticeable in the vinous finish. I just love this brew, however Diane took a few sips and emptied a glass of water immediately afterwards. Thanks, Dickinsonbeer, for this very special beer!

Flaska. Lambikliknande. Fin lite funkig doft, druvor, syrliga russin, strå, fat. Liknar ett halvtorrt men ganska syrligt vitt vin med lite strama tanniner. Gott!

Many thanks to Erzengel for sharing! A hazy amber beer with a small white head. Aroma of tart grapes and apples, wood, some vanilla. Taste of riped mild tart apples, apple pie, yeast, vanilla, awesome stuff!

Many thanks to kappldav123 for sharing this bottle! Fruity fresh nose. The beer starts very sour with a great dry sourish body. Fruity berries in the back, the grapes are there, very deep and complex, round and deep sourish fruity dry in the aftertaste. Great funky ending, fantastic balanced stuff.

Bottle at home. Looks really good. Beer in the glass light golden, small head. Sharp sourish aroma. Starts intense sour, bitter background, notes of bitter lemon, grapefruit. Tart sourish finish. Impressive!
