Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear, orangey brown with a small, off-white head. Slightly nutty aroma with a subtle roastiness. Medium body, sweet caramel ans again subtle nuts and roast. Very soft mouthfeel and hardly any bitterness. Very well tuned. 150919

Gushing to creamy, coffee-cream coloured beer, fed by lively carbonation in a murky red-brown-olive beer. Great malt whisky nose, not unlike islands malts. Brown malts, tad wood and smokey, piney. Leafy, earthy, slightly smoked taste, perfectly balanced (at 6%, I’m more than impressed!). Woody, malty flavours, tad of chocolate, but more mild-sweet than bitterish. Not cloying! Medium to well-bodied, certain slickness, "earthy" feel. Wow, this is good! Another proof that the strength of France’s AND Brittany’s beerrevival lies for a big part in their dark malt beers. Try to find this one.
