At Delirium Cafe, Brussels, Belgium - Thanks to Olivier (Olivier_MTL) and his friend for sharing.
Virually no head on this beer. Clear, reddish brown body. Looks just like a fine red wine. Nose of leather, grapes, cherries, red and white wine, port, cask wood, ... really WOOOW! Just like one of my favorites of Cantillon: St. Lamvinus. Moderately acidic, lightly bitter initial flavour. Moderately acidic finish, averagily long. The flavour is a little bit weak. It is still quite sour, but a little bit softenned out. It is just like a (sweet) lambic with grapes added, but with not that many carbonation yet.

Absolutely gorgeous deep-red colour; head pinkish, gone in secs. Fruit nose: is it cherry, is it grape, is it anything else? Vinous anyway, bit of tobacco as well. Grape juice with the sugars removed, fruit acids - without the tannines from the kernels - dominate the taste. Great, but somewhere I preferred their former grapes (I’m told they changed) - the preferences of the rich. Bit of cork, earthy as well. Medium bodied, acidburn, fruitesters, dry. Impressive any way to look at it.

Bottled. Cloudy red. Acidic, vinous grape aroma. Lightly fruity with clean, rounded mouthfeel. Complex and unusual with a lot of interesting flavours. Points deducted for hard mouthfeel.
