Huge, cream-yellow head, collapsing; hazy yellow-gold beer. Vanilla, white candi sugar, yeasty, meaty aroma's (beer is very young - bottled less than 1 month ago). Citrussy, slightly lactic beginning and then quite meaty flavours in a beer, that given a bit more ripening, will turn out quite dry, no doubt. Consistent sourish touch. As said, will become more dry, and MF will probably thin out. I'll try this again. Not bad, so far, but Proefbrouwerij can't be bothered with such things as conditioning... Brewed for the festive pubs-committee of Knesselare.
